Poem: The Wedding

The Wedding Day is quickly approaching,

To Celebrate a new bride and groom.

Invitations have been sent,

Free to attend with plenty of room.

The stage is set with decorations,

Many new faces and people to meet.

Many are dressed in their very best.

God is present on his thronely seat.

The preparations are already underway,

For the wedding of God’s son.

A Heavenly atmosphere is all around,

A New City with many mansions.

Angels are singing in one accord,

Peace and Love is in the Air.

Smiles and laughter can be heard.

Wedding party in formal wear,

A beautiful bride is adorned for her husband.

The Groom is waiting patiently on his bride.

A union of love that will never end.

To live eternally by God’s side.

Helping her through her trials and fears,

Christ has spent many days by her side.

He knows her weaknesses and shares her tears,

For his love will always abide.

A crystal river can be seen,

A kingdom with streets of pure gold.

With Jesus our Lord and forever friend.

Happiness forever, never growing old.

About Tracy K

I am a born again believer who has taught Sunday School, Women's Meetings and written blogs and books for the purpose of the ministry. My sole purpose is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe Jesus, the son of God, died on a cross for the sins of the whole world. I believe he arose after three days and now sits on the right side of God in Heaven. I believe Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. Without Jesus, there is no remissions of sins:
