Some in this world might try to tell you that something is impossible. They may tell you that you won’t recover from your illness or disease. They may tell you that it is beyond their control. Well maybe it is. But let me tell you that Nothing is impossible with God. Never try to put limitations on what God can do. God was able to create the world in 6 days. God was able to part the Red Sea. God was able to help Sarah conceive when she was past age. God was able to raise Lazarus from the dead. God was able to feed the multitude with five loaves and two fishes. God was able to help David defeat the giant with a slingshot and stone. God was able to prepare a whale to keep Jonah alive until he was ready to obey him. God was able to deliver the Israelites to the promise land.
Miracles still happen today too. God has given children to people that the doctor said couldn’t have any.; including my niece. God has healed many people that the doctors said had no hope; including my dad. God has and still performs many miracles today. God has helped people out of financial difficulties when they thought they would have to file bankruptcy. God is able to cleanse the drug addict from their addiction. The greatest miracle I can think of is that God is able to save the lost person from their sins; including me. He can create a new creation in us. We are not able to change our vile thoughts and actions without the help of God. God loves us and wants us to live a holy life and a life of peace and happiness.
So many things that God is able to do, but we often put restrictions on him . If the doctor says it is impossible, we believe him. Let me say again that nothing is impossible with God. Let me tell you that God knows best though. Sometimes things happen that we wish God would change for the better, but God is in control. He may answer your prayer with a No, because he knows that something will not be good for you. I am thankful for No’s in my life. I would not be married to my husband if I hadn’t received a no. I thought I knew best, but God knows best and he will take care of us. He has a special plan and purpose for our lives, but we need to rely and trust in him. Don’t forget to pray for your needs and wants, because God is able. If you are not a Christian, I urge you to pray to God and ask him into your life. Repent from your sins and become a new creation in Christ. You will not regret this decision.
