Trusting in the Lord

heart

To fully trust in something or someone you must have complete faith that they or it can guide you safely into the correct or most secure place that you need to go.   As I have gotten a little older and since I have went through some trials in my life, I have learned how to rely on the Lord completely.  Without Jesus as your pilot in life, a person would make a complete mess of their life no matter how hard they try.  See I know how it feels not to have Jesus lead me entirely and it is not a place I ever want to return.  Through the dark times of your life is where you have to learn to trust in something; you have to learn to trust in Jesus completely or lose all hope.

Let me tell you that a person without the Lord Jesus has completely lost their hope.  There is nothing else a person can trust in without knowing Jesus as their Savior.  They may think they have a great life, plenty money or maybe content in the things they do have, but life is only but for a moment.  Life is a vapor that will vanish away one day.  I don’t care if a person is a small boy or old woman, life on this earth will end.  What does that person hope for without the Lord Jesus.  They may try to sound confident and say rest; but they don’t really have hope in eternal life or rest, because they don’t have the one person who can give them that comfort of eternal life of rest.

Listen for this is important!  The only hope a person truly has is Jesus Christ.  He can provide a life of peace and comfort.  He can provide an eternal life of rest in Heaven.   He can provide you with a safe harbor from all your enemies.  He can guide you onto the correct path of eternal life, which is the narrow way.  Matthew 7:14 says, Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.  If you want to find the narrow way which leads to everlasting life, you must hope and trust in Jesus Christ.  See I said hope and trust in Jesus.  One can’t simply hope something will happen but rely on something to happen.  Rely on Jesus by trusting in him today.  Accept him as your Lord and Savior and you will have hope of eternal life.

Proverbs 3:5,6 says, Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

About Tracy K

I am a born again believer who has taught Sunday School, Women's Meetings and written blogs and books for the purpose of the ministry. My sole purpose is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe Jesus, the son of God, died on a cross for the sins of the whole world. I believe he arose after three days and now sits on the right side of God in Heaven. I believe Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. Without Jesus, there is no remissions of sins:

Reblogged this on Godly Witnesses For Christ and commented:

I had a feeling yestered that I was going to need to trust in Jesus. We were at church and we were talking about trusting in God. Without the trust and faith in the Lord Jesus, we have nothing. Jesus should be your everything. He should be your every reason for living in this world. He gave you life, blessings, salvation, peace and one day eternal life. We should honor him be showing praises to him. We should show him honor by telling others that Jesus Christ saves! He is the answer to all our problems in this life.
If you have trials and hardships you are going through, Jesus can help you! Trust in Jesus today and ask him to be your Lord and Savior. Don’t worry because Jesus is in control.
Nothing happens in this life without Jesus knowing about it. The Bible says he is in Heaven and sits on the right side of God. He maketh intercessions for us (Romans 8:34).
